What They Can Do For You

Health Care Savings Cards are an important supplement to health insurance plans. These cards bring a discount for services and products at the “point of sale”. In many cases, such as with Medicare, these types of products and services have either no coverage or minimal coverage. Some cards are free, some have an annual fee. To check on availability and current prices, contact info@ncbainc.com.

Prescription Drugs Savings Card:

This card comes in two versions – one is for mail order only, the other for mail order and local drug stores. They are “family” cards – you only need one per household. The card provides the cardholder with a savings on prescription drugs of typically 10% to 33% or more. The savings are usually greater with mail order. This card is available to all persons.

Hearing Savings Card:

The hearing program provides substantial discounts on hearing aids. This is also a “family” card. When a cardholder needs a hearing aid, they call an 800# that directs them to a network provider. The discounted price is quoted prior to purchasing the appliance. This card is available to employers and associations for their employees and members.

Vision Savings Program:

Eye care is another area that is not well covered by Medicare and many other health plans. Our program provides savings on eye exams and eyeglasses as well as contact lenses. Referrals for laser surgery are also included. The vision plan is an individual plan – every person needs to obtain their own card.

FamilyAssistNet™

FamilyAssistNet is much more than a savings card but it is appropriate to include it here because it provides a discount of 10-15% on nursing homes, home care services, assisted living, and durable medical equipment.
